About this Service

When we take time to turn inward, we often encounter old wounds that are still tender, or patterns that no longer serve us and keep us feeling stuck. Rather than ruminating alone, reaching out for support can mark the beginning of a transformative journey toward healing and self-awakening.

I would feel honoured to accompany you on this path, offering a safe and supportive container in which to explore your inner world. I am a therapist-in-training at the Institute of Psychosynthesis and provide a dynamic, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can show up exactly as you are.

I do not believe in labelling or pathologising people or their experiences. You are the expert on yourself; my role is to hold, nurture, mirror, and reflect — and, where appropriate, to challenge in service of your growth.

My approach is rooted in Psychosynthesis, meaning I work with the different parts of the self that together form who we are. In our work, we gently explore these parts within a safe and reflective space, supporting the development of an inner observing presence — one that allows you to step back from overwhelming emotions and return to your centre. I also integrate somatic work, attending to the wisdom of the body as an essential part of the therapeutic process.

I am curious about the full spectrum of human experience — the highs and lows, light and shadow, expansion and constriction. You are warmly invited to bring the entirety of yourself into our sessions and will be met with openness, care, and compassion.

I hold a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Neuroscience, and an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology. I have experience working with clients in both private practice and community settings, including previous work in an addiction recovery centre.

I am a trainee member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and work in accordance with their ethical and professional standards.
