About this Event
When we are in the presence of others,we are always being invited into something.Into learning.Into feeling.Into seeing the world from another point of view.Move With Me is an embodied, emotional learning space for parents and their children — a place to move with rather than lead over, to listen with the body, and to rediscover the freedom of movement we once knew.Children move in flow. They squat, roll, crawl, reach, climb - the same movements we train in the gym, but without force, judgement, or rules. Through them, we remember. In this class we: • Move like children — playful, curious, exploratory • Learn to follow another’s rhythm, pace, and perspective • Notice the emotions that arise when we meet difference • Explore down-regulating tools for the nervous system • Reconnect with movement as play, not performance. As parents, we witness our reactions:“Don’t put that in your mouth.”“Be careful.”“That’s not how we do it.”And gently ask —where did these rules come from? What happens when we soften them? This is an invitation to: • Move together • Learn together • Remember together No fixing. No forcing.Just presence, play, and embodied connection.
