BodyMirrorMind – Nervous System & Embodied Movement Class<div><br></div><div>BodyMirrorMind is a 90-minute somatic movement experience designed to help you understand your nervous system through your body.</div><div><br></div><div>This class explores how stress, safety, and emotion show up physically, in posture, breath, tension, and movement patterns. Through guided awareness, gentle breathwork, structured movement, and optional partner exercises, you’ll learn to recognise your own patterns of contraction and regulation.</div><div><br></div><div>We begin with grounding and simple breath awareness, move into upright, functional movement inspired by Systema, and explore how emotional states subtly shape the body. From there, we practise down-regulating tools to restore presence and safety, followed by playful awareness-based movement and optional partner work focused on co-regulation, structure, and yielding.</div><div><br></div><div>This is not a fitness class and not a therapy session.</div><div>It’s a space to:</div><div><br></div><div>• Build nervous system awareness</div><div>• Explore stress and regulation safely</div><div>• Develop embodied presence</div><div>• Learn practical tools you can use daily</div><div>• Connect through movement in a supportive environment</div><div><br></div><div>All exercises are invitational and adaptable.
